These tilt latches are constructed of plastic and come beige in color. They are spring-loaded, and are designed for use on vertical vinyl sliding windows. They fit both single- and double-hung vinyl sliding windows, and the housings measure 3-9/16 inch in length, 7/8 inch in width. The mounting holes are spaced apart at 2-9/16 inch on center, and they feature an 11/16 inch backset. These latches are easy to install and they are used by a variety of window manufactures.
