Description : Utilisée traditionnellement en phytothérapie pour aider à soulager l’agitation et/ou la nervosité (calmant) et aider à dormir (en période de stress mental). Ingrédient: Chaque sachet contient 1.5g de sommité (herbe) séchée de passiflora incarnata l. (passiflore). Mode d’emploi : 1 sachet (1.5g), 3 fois par jour, en infusion. Infuser 1 sachet dans 1 tasse d’eau bouillante pendant 10 à 15 minutes.
