Step 1 Remove the batteries from the remote control. At the same time, hold down the "HEAD DOWN" and "FOOT UP" buttons on the remote control for 2 minutes (see Figure 6). Step 2 Put the battery back into the remote control. Step 3 Hold down the "HEAD DOWN" and "FOOT UP" buttons on the remote control simultaneously until the backlight on the remote control turns off (see Figure 6). Step 4 Again, simultaneously press the "HEAD DOWN" and "FOOT UP" buttons on the remote control (see Figure 6). While holding these buttons, press the LEARN button on the control box (see Figure 7) or the "PAIR" button on the series switch (see Figure 8) (if equipped). Hold until you hear a sound, then release all the buttons.
