We warrant these tools to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR from the original purchase date.<br>If any issues arise within this one-year period, please return the COMPLETE product to Nanoskin’s Factory or one of our Authorized Service Centers. The product must be returned with freight prepaid by the user. Upon inspection, if the issue is due to defective workmanship or materials, Nanoskin will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.<br>This warranty does not cover tools that have been abused, misused (including overloading and use contrary to the user's manual), neglected, inadequately maintained, altered, damaged by incorrect chemical use, unauthorized repairs, or affected by wear and tear from normal use.<br>To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must return the tool along with the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) to Nanoskin.
