Stainless Butterscotch Bakelite Handle Fish Filet Knife
This beautiful set of 6 vintage fish knives are in excellent condition with a stainless steel blade and a beautiful butterscotch colored Bakelite handle with a diagonally-cut end.These knives date from approximately 1930s-40s. The thin-bladed fish knife is finely serrated and would be used primarily for filleting a fish and can be used for slicing tomatoes also. Knife measures 9" long overall; handle is 3-1/2" long.
Marked, "Henry's Stainless" on the knife blade and is in excellent condition; handle is attached firmly to knife blade.
